The Missionary Church exists for the purpose of being a beacon of light to our Berkeley community, our State of California, our Nation of the United States and our Worlds foreign fields. The vision of The Missionary Church is to provide biblical solutions through practical application that promote and cause individuals to be successful in life, family, school and work. By equipping men, women and youth to face life’s trials and tribulations, through the teaching of God’s word; allowing them to discover their gifts, calling and place in God’s kingdom. Real Estate Revitalization Philosophy   Through real estate development, Missionary Church Community Development Corporation (CDC) strives to serve as a catalyst for the revitalization of South and West Berkeley' diverse neighborhoods.

With this as a beginning premise, Missionary Church’s CDC has ventured beyond traditional models of community development and into an innovative model that centers on revitalization with a holistic and empowering approach. While we continue to support affordable, rental housing in South and West Berkeley, the community revitalization philosophy of Missionary Church CDC incorporates for-sale housing products, including first-time homebuyer single- and multi-family housing, mixed-income and mixed-use developments.

Similarly, our commercial real estate development strategy extends not only to small business development, but to the redevelopment of strategic parcels into state-of-the-art office, retail, and industrial developments.

The Missionary Church desires to be a community resource for improving the lifestyle quality for all through the development of churches, rehabilitation homes and training centers, in strategic cities of the world. By hosting multiple events each year that are open to fellow believers and non- believers Missionary establishes meaningful relationships with all in the surrounding communities of Berkeley
