Missionary Recovery Center

Founded in 1993 by Pastor Gordon Choyce Sr., Senior pastor of the Missionary Church of God in Christ, MRC operates under the umbrella of Jubilee Restoration, Inc. a non-profit organization dedicated to community development, health and human services.  
 
Jubilee Restoration Inc. is built upon an intimate connection with the local community and specifically dedicated to serving the needs of low-income and minority citizens. MRC is a three to twelve month, 12 Step program which currently provides counseling and treatment services as well as emergency shelter and transitional housing for men.  
 
This includes support services, treatment planning, anger management, and life skills. The goal is to have clients emerge from the program firmly in recovery, equipped with the employment and life skills to be role models in the community.

Our focus is to “CATCH THE VISION and SOW A SEED” We believe that God is preparing and drawing many people to join us in becoming a major spiritual force in our city, community and in our world. God has commissioned us to go out into the highway and the hedges and compel people to give their hearts to Him. We characterize ourselves as Christian people who are learning the appropriate outlooks, attitudes and the skills for approaching, walking with, listening to and responding to our world!
